Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: 2026 • Applies to all Offshore cPanel Shared Hosting, Multi-Domain Hosting, VPS, and Domain Services provided by QuickVerse IronShield.
Key Service Commitments at a Glance
- High-Reliability Offshore Hosting: We provide stable, privacy-respecting offshore hosting and do not arbitrarily suspend accounts without a verified, substantiated abuse report.
- Single-Domain (Basic) vs. Multi-Domain Continuity: Basic (1-Website) plans are tied to a single domain—if that domain is taken down or reported, the Basic plan is suspended. On Multi-Domain plans, if one domain is taken down, your hosting plan remains open so you can remove the affected domain and attach a new one.
- File & MySQL Backup Guarantee: If your service becomes inactive under non-malicious circumstances, your website files and SQL database backups are retained for a grace period so you can retrieve your data before final termination.
- Zero Tolerance for Malicious Abuse: Accounts terminated for verified malicious activity (phishing, malware, network attacks) forfeit all right to backup access or data retrieval.
1. Service Reliability & Offshore Hosting Scope
QuickVerse IronShield provides affordable, high-performance offshore cPanel Shared Hosting and Virtual Private Server (VPS) solutions. We are committed to maximum uptime, infrastructure stability, and client privacy. Unlike mainstream providers that automatically suspend accounts upon unverified complaints, we review abuse notifications carefully and do not suspend services unless a report is substantiated and glaring, or action is mandated by upstream infrastructure providers.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (Not "Unrestricted" Hosting)
While our offshore infrastructure offers enhanced privacy and content flexibility, we do not permit "anything goes" or unrestricted illegal hosting. Customers are strictly prohibited from using our network to host, distribute, or facilitate:
- Phishing pages, banking/credential harvesting, or deceptive impersonation sites;
- Malware, ransomware, trojans, botnet command-and-control (C2) servers, or exploit kits;
- Outbound network attacks (DDoS/DoS), port scanning, brute-forcing, or bulk unsolicited spam;
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or severe unlawful content;
- Any activity that threatens the stability, IP reputation, or upstream network standing of our servers.
3. Limitation of Control Over Domains & Upstream Providers
Client acknowledges and agrees that QuickVerse IronShield does not exercise absolute control over global domain name registries (such as ICANN, Verisign, or country-code TLD registries), third-party domain registrars, or upstream datacenter network carriers. If a domain name is placed on ServerHold, ClientHold, seized, or suspended by an external registry or upstream authority, QuickVerse IronShield cannot override such third-party registry actions.
4. Plan-Specific Suspension & Domain Replacement Policy
How an abuse report or domain takedown affects your hosting account depends directly on the tier of hosting plan you purchase:
4.1 Basic Plan (Single-Domain Tier)
The Basic Plan supports only one (1) website/domain. Because the service is exclusively bound to that single domain, if your domain is taken down or receives a substantiated abuse report, the Basic hosting plan itself will also be suspended or terminated.
4.2 Multi-Domain Plans (Plus & Business Tiers)
If you subscribe to a Multi-Domain Plan (supporting multiple websites) and one of your domains is taken down by a registry or flagged for an isolated issue, your hosting plan will remain active. You may remove the affected domain from cPanel and add a new replacement domain to continue operating your hosting package.
5. Website Files & MySQL Database Backup Policy
We understand that your website data and databases are critical to your operations. Our backup retention policy operates as follows:
- 5.1 Standard Backup Availability & Grace Period: Even if your website becomes inactive, your domain expires/is suspended, or your account is scheduled for closure under non-malicious circumstances, we retain backups of your website files and MySQL (SQL) databases for a limited retrieval grace period prior to permanent deletion. During this window, you may access or request your backup archive to restore or migrate your work.
- 5.2 Forfeiture of Backups for Malicious Conduct (Strict Exception): If your service or domain is suspended or terminated due to a glaring, substantiated report of malicious activity (including phishing, fraud, malware distribution, or deliberate network abuse), we will NOT provide backup access, file exports, or SQL database dumps. All data associated with malicious accounts is immediately quarantined and permanently purged without refund.
6. Billing, Renewals & Limitation of Liability
Services are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. While QuickVerse IronShield maintains redundant backups as a courtesy and service feature, clients are always encouraged to download periodic local copies of their cPanel backups. Under no circumstances shall QuickVerse IronShield be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party domain registry suspensions or upstream network interruptions.
