We provide affordable, high-uptime offshore cPanel Shared Hosting and VPS hosting. While we prioritize client privacy and stability—refusing to suspend accounts over unverified claims—we do not promise that anything and everything can be hosted without restriction. Hosting malware, ransomware, phishing, botnets, network attacks, or severe unlawful material is strictly prohibited.
Client acknowledges that we do not have total control over global domain registries (ICANN, TLD registries, or third-party registrars) or upstream datacenter networks. Domain suspensions (ServerHold / ClientHold) executed by external registries are outside our direct control.
(a) Basic Plan (Single-Website Tier): If you purchase the Basic Plan ($16/yr / ₦20,000/yr) that supports only one (1) website/domain, and your domain is brought down or receives a glaring abuse report, your Basic hosting plan will be brought down alongside it.
(b) Multi-Domain Plans (Pro Plan [5 Websites], Gold Plan & Gold Premium [Unlimited Websites]): If you purchase a plan that supports more than one domain and your domain is brought down, your hosting plan will be left active for you so that you can delete the former domain from cPanel and add a new domain to continue your operations.
(a) Grace Period Backup Access: Even if your website becomes inactive or is scheduled for closure under non-malicious circumstances, we preserve backups of your MySQL (SQL) databases and website files and grant you a grace window to download and retrieve them before the plan is permanently closed.
(b) Malicious Activity Exception: If your domain or hosting account is clearly reported and verified for malicious reasons (such as phishing, malware, fraud, or network attacks), your plan will be terminated immediately and we will NOT provide you with file or SQL backups.
